The client was keen to get started on the project immediately, and was looking for competitive pricing. Due to our efficient construction methods and the ability to cover most of the trades in-house we were able to save them well over $100,000.00 against other prices they had been quoted.
The total building area measures 1675m2 comprising of a 25m span warehouse with a 20-ton gantry crane, a two storey office building with concrete to both floors, internal glass partitions and fully tiled floors. The car park offers a shade sail for the staff cars, plenty of customer parking, truck turning and parking bays, all draining to the planted bio-retention area. The site is fully fenced with an electric gate.
