Clarke’s Design & Construct was born from Director Andrew Clarke’s vision to bridge the gap between what the industry was delivering and the client’s expectations.
Having been in the industry since 1989, Andrew started Clarke’s Project Management in the mid 2000’s where he began managing the construction process for commercial and industrial builders and property developers. However, he quickly realised that clients were receiving poor advice while also getting hit with hidden variations and fees that blew out costs. Responding to this, Andrew expanded his construction company to encompass all elements of the design and construction process, allowing clients to draw on his wealth of knowledge and expertise and eliminate the challenges they faced when working with multiple contractors. Today, Clarke’s Design & Construct handles every single aspect of the industrial or commercial construction process – from design and feasibility, council approvals and certifications through to final handover.
