Maritimo engaged us very early in the project. They really leveraged our expert knowledge around large scale buildings and the Gold Coast Council approvals system.
This in itself was most valuable to Maritimo because we could press forward with the design whilst the approvals were happening in the background. This saved a huge amount of time to the end date of the project. We completed the whole process in 8 months and Maritimo could get on with building all of their forward orders a lot sooner than anticipated.
Bill Barry-Cotter stated that he was very impressed with the skill efficiency of the team and how we worked with the team already on site, was great. There were no interruptions to any other area of production.
Clarke’s would also like to add this building took out the 2019 Master Builders Queensland Gold Coast Construction Award for Industrial Building over $5 million.
