Project Brief

A well-presented ‘duplex‘ style building offering two warehouse units with street frontage and direct access to the electric roller shutters. The design features contrasting colours, the use of ‘false’ panel joins and an industrial-looking galvanised steel sunshade to protect the offices from the western sun. Each unit has its own water and power supply, underground rain water tank for recycled water, refuse area and designated car parking spaces.

The site had very hard shallow lying rock, which made the foundations and underground services a challenge to excavate, but with the right machinery and civil expertise we were able to expedite these tasks in record time.
