A range of open warehouses, office areas and mezzanines provide buyers & tenants a mix of opportunities.

The use of different facade treatments gives the feeling of individuality for each unit in a line of 6.  Each tenant has ample parking in addition to the luxury of an in and out one-way driveway for larger vehicles.

Project Brief

Maritimo engaged us very early in the project. They really leveraged our expert knowledge around large scale buildings and the Gold Coast Council approvals system. This in itself was most valuable to Maritimo because we could press forward with the design whilst the approvals were happening in the background. This saved a huge amount of time to the end date of the project. We completed the whole process in 8 months and Maritimo could get on with building all of their forward orders a lot sooner than anticipated.

Bill Barry-Cotter stated that he was very impressed with the skill efficiency of the team and how we worked with the team already on site, was great. There were no interruptions to any other area of production.

Clarke’s would also like to add this building took out the 2019 Master Builders Queensland Gold Coast Construction Award for Industrial Building over $5 million.

Project Brief

This was a redevelopment of a previously under utilised site. The clients brief was pretty simple let’s improve the yield to the site and make our building look better than the competition. Clarke’s added the design flair to the offices, whilst maintaining vehicular access to each tenancy. Further thought was needed to areas of the site that remained undeveloped for future stages depending on tenancy needs/supply.

Project Brief

Clarke’s Design & Construct were selected by the client due to our easy going, can do attitude towards their development.

What their project was missing was the expert knowledge of the design & approval process with Council. This had created delays and added a lot of back and forth. Once we were engaged, Clarke’s took over all areas of design control and approvals. This meant we were able to have the building design/approved and built within 7 months.

Hinterland’s service department didn’t miss a beat, not 1 day of trading. Clarke’s were able to provide a seamless transition into their new building, with no business interruption.

Focus strongly believed that the business to business relationship was mirrored and that was reflected in how the project was handled by both companies. There was an intense design period where we worked closely to achieve all of the design criteria for this quickly growing company.

The results speak for themselves and given how quickly the space was filled, it won’t be long before we get yet another repeat client.

With a need for public exposure this business certainly captured the imagination with their requirements and Clarke’s were able to design in a few key features into this revised design that resulted in big savings for our client in relation to the fire design.
