We’ve just finished a duplex in Nerang for an investor. This client had purchased the land for investment purposes, and he was ready to invest in the construction of the site.
As with all our investor clients we made sure we utilised the 2011m² block to get the best return on their investment.
The important thing is to make sure the blocks are attractive to potential tenants including offering generous space for car parking, easy access, the right balance between office space and warehouse and allowing for a truck turning bay.
